By sourcing produce from within a 100-mile radius (160km), the resort not only supports the community’s growers and suppliers, it reduces its carbon impact by consolidating orders into a single daily delivery.

Refined yet down-to-earth, this cuisine celebrates the bounty of Wolgan Valley, with each meal featuring simple flavour combinations and high quality ingredients prepared with great technique. The culinary skills of the Wolgan Valley chefs showcase Australia's exceptional fare in such specialties as Mandagery Creek venison and Oberon line trout as well as a selection of delicious, local cheeses.

To ensure maximum privacy and seclusion, the resort is for exclusive use of our resident guests only. Outside or day visitors are not permitted. Please note that to provide our resident guests with the highest level of service we are unable to accommodate day visitors, or guests not staying at the resort.
